LITTLE HOME BAKERY
The history of Little Home Bakery began in the early 1990s, when German baker George Plesch introduced traditional European-style breads and rolls to Perth’s best venues. In 2005, the wholesale bakery was taken over by German master baker Glenn Marder and his wife Carmen, a qualified pastry chef.
In 2024, Little Home Bakery entered its next chapter under the ownership of Andrew Harpur, continuing its commitment to traditional baking and premium ingredients.
The bakery’s success has grown through uncompromising quality and warm service. Each day, the team bakes for Perth’s leading hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops using their 26-year-old sourdough starter for exceptional flavour.
